Ron Tarter is currently a Senior Vice President / General Manager at Flextronics, which is a ~ $30B Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) provider.  Ron manages Global Manufacturing for the Integrated Network Solutions Business Group, which is one of four Business Groups within Flextronics.  The customers of Integrated Network Solutions operate in these markets: Networking; Communications; Home and Business Access; Server and Storage.  Ron has been employed with Flextronics for almost 17 years in various operational roles, and has managed a number of factories in the United States, Europe, and Asia.  His current responsibilities include managing operations in Poland, Mexico, Texas, California, China, Malaysia, and India.

Prior to Flextronics, Ron was employed at Apple Computer for almost 15 years where he worked in various manufacturing engineering and production management roles.  He spent nine of his Apple years in the Macintosh Division and developed his early manufacturing skills in the original Macintosh factory. 

Ron attended San Diego State University and San Jose State University and graduated with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Industrial Technology and a Minor in Business Management.
