Brian de Lyon

Brian de Lyon is currently the Director of Warehousing-North America for Ecolab, based in St. Paul, Minnesota.    Brian leads a network with over 30 sites, 2.5 Million Square Feet and 1000 employees.  In this role since 2015, he has led the design, justification and startup of 2 major sites in the Midwest, deployment of SAP in Canada and standardization of operations throughout North America.

Previously, Brian held the position of Director, Continuous Improvement-Global Logistics for TE Connectivity  In this role, Brian led Safety, Quality and Lean/Continuous Improvement activities in 34 DC sites in the Americas, EMEA & Asia.  During his tenure, TE’s DC network significantly improved performance in several key areas including:  Safety, Quality & Productivity.  This was accomplished through a comprehensive safety framework & a broad based continuous improvement program designed to improve all KPI’s through the deployment of Lean Management Systems.

He was with TE and its acquired companies for over 30 years and began his career as an Accountant, transitioning to an Industrial Engineering role in DC Operations. During his tenure, he designed, started up and managed several large automated and manual distribution centers throughout the U.S. and managed Supply Chain operations in Mexico.  Brian holds a B.S. in Accounting from The University of North Carolina at Charlotte, is a Six Sigma Black Belt & was a certified Lean Leader through TE Connectivity.
